Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building scalable ML pipelines, deploying models to production, and a strong understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models for [specific applications, e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision].

Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Monitor and optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production.

Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

Document models, experiments, and code to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles (more for senior positions).

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or SQL.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Solid understanding of ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, NLP, computer vision.

Experience with model deployment and MLOps tools is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery).

Familiarity with reinforcement learning or generative AI models.

Prior experience in [industry-specific AI applications, e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare].
